Hydraulic Oils

UNIT Hydraulic Oils are premium quality oils recommended for hydraulic systems using gear, bearings, vane, radial and axial piston pumps, chain drivers, compressors, vacuum pumps, mining machinery tools, circulation oiling system etc. where anti-wear type hydraulic oils are recommend.

Available in VG 32,46,68 Grades.

UNIT Cutting Oil (Water Soluble)

UNIT Cutting Oil (Water Soluble) are premium quality water soluble cutting oils, specially developed to form extremely stable milky emulsion even with extreme hard water,leading to excellent tool life and finish, in all metal cutting operations, where cooling is more important than lubrication. They have excellent anti-rust and anti-froth quality and cause no corrosion of machine, work piece or tool.

Recommended for cutting, drilling, shaping, grinding, and other metal removal operations of ferrous and non-ferrous materials where high quality of coolant is required. Not recommended for the machining of Magnesium due to potential fire hazards.

Industrial Gear Oils

Unit Industrial Gear Oils are blended from highly refined Base Stocks and are fortified with specially selected EP and other Additives. They have good thermal stability and high oxidation resistance, good demulsibility, low foaming tendency and provide rust & corrosion protection to metal surfaces.

These oils are recommended for heavy duty enclosed gear drives, with splash and circulation systems and for plain bearings, sliding surfaces & chain drives subject to heavy or shock loading in industrial equipment.

Spindle Oil

UNIT Spindle Oil is high quality, low viscosity lubricant manufactured from solvent refined, high viscosity index base oils, having good film strength property, chemical and oxidation stability, besides excellent ability to separate from water. They provide economical bearing lubrication of high-speed textile spindle, machine tool spindles and protect from excessive wear.

These oils are blended from highly refined base stocks and carefully selected anti-oxidants, anti-corrosion, anti-rust, anti-wear and anti-foam additives.

Recommended for lubrication of textile and machine tools spindle bearings, hydraulic system of precision machine tools, timing gears, centrifugal separators, and positive displacement blowers.

Unidraw Wire Drawing Compound

UNIDRAW Wire Drawing Compound, is a non-staining water soluble cream colored paste. It is manufactured with specially balanced mixture of soap and fat. The recommended dilution ratio with water is between 1 to 5 percent depending upon the gauge of wire to be drawn.

The product can be used for deep drawing of wires, tube drawing , forming , spinning and other similar medium to heavy duty operations of carbon steels and nonferrous metals

Rust Preventive Oil

UNIT Rust Preventive Oil is corrosion & rust preventive oils which gives protective film to metal surfaces. They can be applied by dipping, spraying, roller coating, flow coating, flushing or circulation.

These oils are formulated with high quality base stocks and carefully selected additive system to ensure formation of soft oily film over the metal surfaces and protection against rusting.
